Haven't opened a bottle of the wine delivered yet but I'm sure it will be lovely. The service from Capreo is excellent and delivery is usually excellent but the wine wasn't delivered on the day expected but came the following day. Not sure what happened but everything is being put down to Covid these days
The etiket was placed at the bottom of the box. Due to that the wine was delivered upside-down. So thats why 2 stars for delivery as since the bottles normaly very well protected.

We bought 6 bottles of Schneider's Black Print 2018 and find it very bitter. How do I return it?
Further the Courier left he wine on my front door step without even ringing the door bell. Luckily no one stole it before I found it!
I had to change delivery date to the 10 th this was accepted by UPS as I would not be in house on the 9th, when I arrived home on the 9th evening the wine was outside my front door for anyone to have taken, very lucky it was there.

Unfortunately we cannot influence the delivery of UPS. A drop off in front of the door should only be done with prior approval - we will forward this to our shipping service provider. Please excuse the inconvenience. Luckily your package was there and you can enjoy the wines!
