After 6 false delivery notifications, the wine was delivered in an open box although all contents seem to be in order. Previous deliveries have been ok and presume |Brexit may be causing some problem but then would have expected some contact/notification of these problems. Also very unhappy that there now appears to be a 35% approx. surcharge on the list price of these wines, again since Brexit

Dear Customer, due to the Brexit, the delivery times are unfortunately significantly longer at the moment, as there is a very high volume of parcels at the border. Maybe the border controll have opened your parcel and if you notice any damage to the bottle, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can replace the bottles. We apologize for the inconvenience!
