I ordered a black beret as I bought a red one of their brand from Barcelona . Placing the order was quite straightforward as information about my order was sent to me straightaway with my expected the delivery date . There was a bit of Confusion as I accidentally placed 2 orders without realising. However , a quick telephone call to their customer service helped to resolve the situation. I’ve not used the black beret but looking forward to using it as I had compliments when I wore the red one .

The product that I ordered was a gift for my husband for Christmas. It was sent in a box with Stetson marked across the box. Which gives away the product. But what was appalling was that the indent with my name and address, my order, the price off my order was on the outside of the packaging for everyone to read. So as I was working when it was delivered and my husband received the package which is his Christmas present. I will not be posting a picture as it has my personal details. I am unlikely to order again due to this!

I have waited now for 3weeks for delivery since ordering, & still NO idea of when delivery will occur! which is not good service. I would struggle to advise anybody to order from you!
