We have ordered hedge plants twice and on both occasions they were delivered when we expected them and were very heathy and ready to plant. The delivery people were very polite and left the plants were we requested. I ordered the second set of plants with Heijnen as we happy with the first set

The bare rooted plants were delayed delivery twice and I had to repeatedly email and phone to find out where they were or even f they had been despatched. Eventually, plants arrived late on March 26th having apparently, from the pallet label, being collected on March 22nd. The plants are 2 metres high, bare rooted but the root balls were totally dried out and crumbling soil in the sack. I had to plant them straight away after heavy watering. I am not sure if they will survive the extended dry root exposure, but I will be back to you if they fail over the coming months for replacements. Guys on the phone were as helpful as they could be but had a sense that these plants had been lost!
