I have booked two appointments for cooker and hob repair and paid £125 for each in Nov 2020 but still I am waiting for them to come and do the job. They have been booking many appointments during the time every single time, they didn’t come and never bother to call and inform us either. I am very disappointed about the service and really disappointed. What is your guarantee? I don’t trust you.

i reported a Compressor thats need replacing, not as noise the day the engerner came, but all he did was tyrn it of an on at the wall, could clealy here the rattle as the realy kicked in ( i suspecte it was a money loser for him so he left) He did not listern to me, Repaircare reported that it had been fixed. it was not fixed and that was not a call out. i intent to take RCto court

Samsung fridge freezer stopped working went online to repair.co.uk beginning of August 2020 , an engineer diagnosed as faulty circuit board waited for repair for over month patiently. On the 18 Sept 2020 engineer finally came to replace circuit board, a day later the fridge still not cooling or working properly. I made a very poor choice going to them, will not be using them ever again. Not Happy

This is a scam company, save your money. I have been waiting 10 days (so far) for a refund after they failed to repair my appliance. I have been fobbed off, time and time again, being told that my refund is being processed I wish I’d had the sense to read the reviews before booking. And the whole trusted shops is totally misleading and just as bad. Almost 70% bad reviews! Says it all

Job booked for today, Co rang at 14.11 to say they won't be attending and were just ringing to find out the problem and then they would order the parts (on the basis of my information??) and then they would fix it as soon as they could. No time scale given. I have contacted repaircare by e-mail cancelling this order and asking for money back Will advise if money is returned.

After waiting 2 weeks, a repair to my oven was attempted. After the engineer left I went to use my oven the next day but the same fault appeared as before. I had to a wait further week for the engineer to return for him to order more new parts. I have learnt today that the new parts are not in stock and I do t know how long I will have wait. I have been without an oven for 4/5 weeks. Very poor!

Oven couldn't be repaired on the Day, engineer said had to order parts. Took 2 months in the end to get fixed as parts were delayed from the Manufacturer, but overall when they did get the parts, the service was swift and professional.
