After waiting 2 weeks, a repair to my oven was attempted. After the engineer left I went to use my oven the next day but the same fault appeared as before. I had to a wait further week for the engineer to return for him to order more new parts. I have learnt today that the new parts are not in stock and I do t know how long I will have wait. I have been without an oven for 4/5 weeks. Very poor!

Appalling experience. Took my money. Did not provide the service. Refused full refund even though they are proven to be in the wrong. DO NOT USE!

Oven couldn't be repaired on the Day, engineer said had to order parts. Took 2 months in the end to get fixed as parts were delayed from the Manufacturer, but overall when they did get the parts, the service was swift and professional.

First booked visit missed, they phoned on the day to change it to a few days later, engineer arrived and diagnosed the fault, took part no's, ordered the parts, parts arrived a month later and were the wrong parts now have new parts on order, supposed to be in by now as next engineer visit booked for tomorrow, just had a call to say due in 31 Jan, it is unacceptable, 2 months to possibly repair

Terrible service from this company recommended by Currys to repair my fridge. After 3 visits over 4 weeks the engineer replaced the main control board with one "not exactly the same but should be OK" in his words - 2 days later an error code E3 showed and the food inside started to freeze After 2 more weeks a replacement was installed, but no idea what damage this has done. Totally unacceptable.

Placed order (October 10) to repair my oven on October 14 for which I had to pay £125 in advance. On the 11th I received a voice message advising that a part had to ordered and that they'd be in touch when the part arrives. Because they had no idea what, if any, part was needed I became suspicious and tried cancel but just hung on for 30 minutes and gave up. Next day I managed to actually talk to

I was kept well informed by txt and mobile re the time and date of the Engineer visit. The repair could not be completed because a new part was required but the Engineer made sure the appliance would work in the mean time. Excellent service.

This was the second time I've had to have the same old item repaired(my fault). I went back because of the service I received the first time and wasn't disappointed.

Really would not recommend using this company for your repairs. Really long wait times just to get through to speak to an advisor around 12 to 15mins (all calls charged at 7p per min). Engineer told us one thing and then in his report said something completely different, repair care never contacted me with a single update, I had to call them to be told the case has been closed. Terrible Service

Terrible service. An appointment was made online for an engineer to repair a faulty fan oven motor - the appointment was not kept. Tried to telephone to chase up but was kept on hold at 7p per minute for an hour and a half in total during three attempts. Unacceptable and not the first time I've tried but will be the last

Washing machine wasn’t fixed new part apparently unavailable but the had to chase engineer to find that out. Disappointing that despite saying in their advertising they wouldn’t charge if they couldn’t fix it. They took the money prior to the engineer even looking at the machine

23 August : advised by Repaircare that parts have been ordered. Now await advice on availability of parts, and subsequently arrival of repair engineer. Will advise further when advised of outcome by Repaircare.
