3. Improvements: Registering/purchasing was clunky, repetitive and did not follow U.S/Western models, e.g. use a checkbox instead of having customers repeat information destination data. Get a native English speaker to review all instructions.
Sale prices don't differ much from regular prices. $40.00+ dollars in FEDEX 2-Day shipping charges do NOT arrive in 2 days. 9 Calendar days passed before my order arrived. Every box was bent, trashed or torn on arrival. Packing material was 2 layers of bubble-wrap and other plastic packing trash in a wimpy, soft box. The only item properly packaged was a single paint brush (out of 6 I paid for) Look at the pictures.
Arma Hobby stinks! I will be doing NO MORE business with this Polish model kit supplier! I won't tell others how to spend their hobby $$. You decide for yourself.

I was initially NOT happy with them!! I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for conformation that my order was received and would be processed (this was my very first order with Arma, so didn't know what to expect)?? In the end it arrived 5 weeks later ... in excellent condition and no shipping issues. Since I now know how Arma operates, I have placed a second order with them ...

A company you want to support and see succeed
Their products are well made and cater to the hobbyist with an interest in Polish aviation history and model kit building. They have excellent customer service; having replied personally to my questions about their products and shipping. They are the type of hobby-related company that you want to see succeed and you want to support.

Item arrived well packed, bit of overkill on packaging, could of done with less but well protected,more feedback from seller would help if items are out of stock and awaiting replacements from manufacturer but good experience,would use again

I do love the quality of their products. Add to that their response to customer feedback, issues, etc. should be the envy of every model kit manufacturer. Never have I dealt with a better company in the scale modeling community.
