I find Arma Hobby to be a company that is very responsive to customer feedback and needs, more so than any other model kit manufacturer out there today. Not only are they designing great kits that are fun and enjoyable to build, they're willing to listen to customer feedback and alter their kits accordingly.
I find the following two downsides to Arma Hobby:
- the FedEx option for shipping to the U.S. is far too expensive
- their boxing/packaging for shipping is weak and subject to damage, which is doubly worse considering what we're paying to get those kits shipped.
Sale prices don't differ much from regular prices. $40.00+ dollars in FEDEX 2-Day shipping charges do NOT arrive in 2 days. 9 Calendar days passed before my order arrived. Every box was bent, trashed or torn on arrival. Packing material was 2 layers of bubble-wrap and other plastic packing trash in a wimpy, soft box. The only item properly packaged was a single paint brush (out of 6 I paid for) Look at the pictures.
Arma Hobby stinks! I will be doing NO MORE business with this Polish model kit supplier! I won't tell others how to spend their hobby $$. You decide for yourself.

Top Marks on Every Level
I do love the quality of their products. Add to that their response to customer feedback, issues, etc. should be the envy of every model kit manufacturer. Never have I dealt with a better company in the scale modeling community.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
Back on 14 Nov. 2023 I placed an order for the Hurricane IIC Jubilee boxing plus 2 extras. The total cost was 58.42 EUR which I paid via Paypal with confirmation. I have tried to contact armahobby 3 times for a status on my order: 15 Nov., 20 Nov., and finally 24 Nov. Nobody returns my messages. This is my first order with arma. The order # is 18167 ... could you please help ?? Don / Canada

Website purchase was inconsistant
Buying experience was annoying in that I bought items that were listed as low stock (but available) and afterwards was informed that they were backordered with no timeframe for delivery.
