I made my on-line order on 09 Apr 17 after confirming details of delivery expectations and was notified that delivery was made in my area at least once a week. I chased this up by e-mail and Item was delivered on 28 Apr 17 - No fault of the delivery agents. 2 phone calls gave conflicting advise and after spending nearly £500; to be told that they would have to check if in stock? it was when paid?

Great product.
Website said item was in stock to be delivered within 3 days, but this wasn't the case. Item was to come direct from the manufacturer who was out of stock. In the end they cancelled the order and I ordered a different model. Communication was good in terms of cancellation and refund.

Contacted by Appliance World by email to agree delivery date with courier. Contacted courier company on day of delivery for estimated time. Item arrived within half an hour of estimated delivery time. Great price, service and delivery. Will definitely use again for household items.

The ordering process was straightforward, my appliance arrived on the day it was promised and the price I paid was the lowest I could find. So I cannot fault Appliance World service. The only niggle was that one of the oven lights did not work as it was broken but a call to Bosch soon produced a replacement bulb

I needed 4 kitchen appliances, all Bosch. Appliance World (AW) did only 3 of them, but as AW's price on 2 of them was the best and they price-matched on the 3rd I ordered them on 24 Jan 17. Free delivery was on 1 Feb, but only 2 of the items turned up. AW rang to apologise and schedule for 3rd item's delivery on 7 Feb. All items as ordered; AW customer services faultless; prices to die for.

The freezer arrived and I found the grill at the top internally was damaged. I had the freezer on for 24 hours and seemed to be working perfectly I contacted Appliance World and after contacting them a second time they say I will be contacted by:-
Hi Sense Service to arrange a date to repair it. I am sill waiting for a telephone call . I feel the after sales service AW is providing is very poor

Highly satisfied with the end result.
Unhappy with the fact that delivery could not be made to my Company address instead of home just because the address on the payment card was our home address. I have lots of personal deliveries made to work rather than at home because of delivery times.
I would have thought that confirmation of my works address via e-mail would have been sufficient.

I chased this order up on 8/11/16as there hadn't been any progress for over a week. I was told that the oven I had ordered had been damaged and was therefore not available, I don't know why they didn't contact me to say. Another model of oven was offered to me at a discount to the advertised price which I accepted. The order was delivered on 14/11/16 as had been arranged over the phone.
