I have not yet received the shoes!! I wrote an email today enquiring as to the current position but have not yet received a reply. I have purchased many pairs of Wolky shoes in the past and have never had this problem before.

Received my order this time second try. The first order got mislaid and I had to go for another colour. However, that said I am very happy with my walking sandals and I think the colour I now have is great!

Once again I am delighted with my new shoes. I originally started purchasing Wolky shoes whilst living in Sweden several years ago. I feel they look after my feet and as I spend 8 hours a day on my feet at work, great shoes are essential.

The wonderful service & quality shoes are greatly appreciated.
Brought shoes then was told they were out of stock, received refund but PayPal took a cut, Not Happy,. Only to find they had the shoes in the shop all the time, staff took responsibility and were very sorry. Absolutely fantastic shoes now l have eventually received them.

Well UPS lost the order so we cannot comment on the shoes, but the Wolky Store customer service has been first class. Unfortunately the originals were no longer in stock but a similar pair arrived 2 days later and are excellent. We are awaiting a refund on the 1st pair and are trying to get UPS to recognize a duty of care to their customers and give details of their complaints process...

Asking me to review my order and service when I am still waiting for the shoes??? And have emailed to cancel order and not had a reply? Very disappointed ☹
So far the goods have not arrivedI’d appreciate a further email explaining how long the delay may be.

No shoes yet which were ordered on 1 June. I contacted the shop in Brighton on 10 June who told me they were on their way and I would have them in 8-10 days. Well, 11 days have passed and I have heard nothing! The money was taken in early June. Not good enoughI only buy shoes/boots from Wolky because they are so comfy but am seriously looking to find another brand.
I suggest visiting the stores themselves instead of ordering online, absolutely appalling customer service, ordered a pair of shoes on the 7th June and still not received the goods 2 weeks later, shambolic service. Called their head office in the Netherlands and told they’d been shipped to store in Brighton and I should receive shipping notification in the next 24 hours, that was 72 hours ago!! 0
