I have been a fan of Wolky shoes for many years and have purchased several pairs of boots and sandals and shoes. I have various issues with my feet and every pair has like putting on a pair of slippers. So comfortable and great quality. Delivery is a bit slow (15 days plus) but understand they are being despatched from abroad to the Uk. Had an issue with a previous order having wrong address on the label and had to physically track down my shoes. Otherwise an excellent service and quality shoes!

Unfortunately I have not yet received the shoes which I ordered on the 20th August 2024 & when I typed in the DHL tracking code, it wasn’t accepted . So I have no idea where they are . Also I have not received a shipping notification from UPS either.
I’m not sure whether the 12 days shipping begins from date of order or when they leave your facility. !

Good website. Good follow up, when the ordered was ready to go. Only reason I did not give a 5 was that it seemed to take longer than I would have preferred to learn the status of my order after it was received. Great that deliver was free and the update about delivery was excellent. Shoes arrived right on time and are as hoped.

I love the design of my shoes, and especially the very soft pink leather used. Apart from my Wolky sandals, i think they will be my main shoes this summer. I am due to have a revision operation on my knee soon and my new Wolkys will support me well afterwards! Thank you for your efficient service.

Gorgeous shoes and efficient service
Friendly and efficient customer service. There can inevitably be delays in delivery from the Netherlands, but in general delivery is much quicker than it used to be. Information about the delivery is always provided, and queries are answered promptly. The shoes themselves are gorgeous.

Easy to order, and your detailed email of the order was very helpful. My only anxiety was with online ordering. I would have liked perhaps an interim email confirming the shoes were on their was. Also when I was tracking the shoes it told me they had been delivered when they hadn't!!!

I love their shoes, boots, sandals. Wonderful colour choices. Wonderful range of styles. The removable inner sole makes life so much easier with my orthotics. And I find them to be good quality. Bit on the expensive side but I guess that’s to be expected.

I am very pleased with my purchase to replace existing ones. However the free flask is not worth the offer ,because of the aluminium lining it cannot be used for hot/ fizzy drinks and if surface is damaged it useless !
