I really like the menthol pods, although I did have a problem with one pod in my pack, it was not working, I contacted Ezee via email, I was sent a video on how to make the pod work by pressing the pod in very hard of which I did it did work for two puffs then had to redo the attempt it worked for another two puffs I attempted pressing it hard in again it worked for only two puffs I repeated this attempt 8 times then thought this attempt will damage my device if I continue pressing the pod in hard, I then disposed of that pod and used another pod. I hope I don’t for-see this problem again as do not want to keep throwing away pods that are full of liquid it is a waste of money.

The Best
Menthol pods from Ezee are the best, it’s like a cigarette flavor. I highly recommend this product. Whenever I contact customer service I get a quick response. Packaging and delivery is very good.

I am really sorry you have had issues with the pods. You should never have to throw away full pods. Please do contact us and we find a solutions and replace.

It would be nice to have more options for payment like Paypal or Klarna. Having to input a card number each time is a bit inconvienient.

please see below comment regarding Klarna and Paypal. They do not accept e-cigarettes as a business. We - our customers - suffer from this, but the best way is for you to contact both and we can all put pressure on them to accept

Should offer payment with Paypal or Klarna etc. Other online vape shops use these payment systems.

Thank you for your comment. We have offered Paypal before and they have told us that they will not accept e-cigarettes as products. We have been in discussion with Klarna as well, and they have said they do not want offer their payment method for e-cigarettes. We are very upset about that, but they have the power. I do not know what other vape shops tell to Paypal or Klarna, but we strive to strictly follow the rules.
