Have been using e cigarette (tobacco) for 9 days now and have only had 8 cigarettes that's because was charging ecig ordered a 2nd ecig so now can charge one and have one to use have been smoking over 50 years a heavy smoker so ordered 20m cannot believe i have done this never tried to give up before I'm finding now I don't really want to smoke a real cigarette! Hopefully I will keep this up!

I have been a long time user of Logic ecigs. They are virtually identical to the ezee ones. I wanted a nicotine free option and since Logic did produce them I found these. I had high hopes that the ezee would be a great replacement but they are not. The main, significant, difference being the "drag" sensation. It is very light and does not have the same impact. I wish I could "turn it up" a notch or 2. I find myself really have to pull the air through cartridge.

Customer service is excellent.
Have had a few orders now, and on the whole, products are good.
I have had a couple where the taste wasn't quite right, had a strange after taste, but when I reported this, replacements were offered immediately, so can't fault the service

With a starter kit might be a good idea to offer everything you need being a novice had USB in pack but don't know what to do with it do now have to find a vape shop to see if they can help I haven't got a clue how to charge it! I would have paid the extra to have had everything I needed so haven't tried it yet

I like how easy they are to use but I would like to get more vape with each inhale, you have to inhale quite severely and don't get much vape

Thanks for your comments. Our products are developed to be more like a "normal" cigarette and not as a Vape product with lots of smoke. However, it should not be difficult to inhale, so you are welcome to contact us and we can discuss.

Thank you for your review. As for the 350, that is measured by an average use. Some can get it to last much longer others a bit less. All depending on the smoking "style".

Thank you for your rating. Our products have on average 300 -400 puffs in them. However, this varies a lot all depending on the way it is being used. Each person has it individual way of smoking and is very difficult to match everyone's needs and requirements. We do however, take all our customers comments into consideration and thank you for your input and we will discuss this at the next development meeting.
