I really like the menthol pods, although I did have a problem with one pod in my pack, it was not working, I contacted Ezee via email, I was sent a video on how to make the pod work by pressing the pod in very hard of which I did it did work for two puffs then had to redo the attempt it worked for another two puffs I attempted pressing it hard in again it worked for only two puffs I repeated this attempt 8 times then thought this attempt will damage my device if I continue pressing the pod in hard, I then disposed of that pod and used another pod. I hope I don’t for-see this problem again as do not want to keep throwing away pods that are full of liquid it is a waste of money.

Should offer payment with Paypal or Klarna etc. Other online vape shops use these payment systems.

Thank you for your comment. We have offered Paypal before and they have told us that they will not accept e-cigarettes as products. We have been in discussion with Klarna as well, and they have said they do not want offer their payment method for e-cigarettes. We are very upset about that, but they have the power. I do not know what other vape shops tell to Paypal or Klarna, but we strive to strictly follow the rules.

We have worked hard on getting the taste as close as possible to a real cigarette. It will never be a real one. HOwever after a lot of testing our customers are very happy with the current flavour. But as we all know, taste is individual and we are sorry that you dont like our product.

at 13g, it should not be heavy. only about twice a normal cigarette. and we need the battery to ensure that you can vape it. Not sure we understand what you mean about slippery. please contact us and we can have a chat about it.
