Got the Same stuff for Christmas as I did for the wife's Birthday.
Its hard to buy perfume for somebody without letting on.
Very hard keeping a secret from my good lady.
That's why I love your Gift Wrapping Service and would defiantly recommend this personal service. I even put the wrong message on the gift tag, a quick email to Scent store, and they changed the message, no problem at all for them. Thankyou, will buy again for her Birthday, PS, (hope she doesn't see this review)

I don’t like to give negative review but.. feel compelled to do so. Ordered product a week in advance of a birthday for a gift. Following day received a phone call stating that there was a defect and I would get an email with photos. This particular email never arrived (checked junk mail) chased again and the email still didn’t come. Spoke to a lady on the phone who I felt was rude telling me to chase again(defeats the purpose of buying online) In the end chased again but it was too late to get the product so I was without the gift.

It was first time quick shopping as needed gift.Good variety of products in store, attractive prices comparing to other stores as well as sale items.To make delivery free
I've got one scent for myself as well and must say that same option in 50ml(I got 100ml) bougth elsewhere seems to be much intense and longer lasting than this one,purchased here.I do not blame store for that.Just surprised.

I rang the store and over 3days I spoke to two ladies both so very helpful & polite they obviously care for the business & their customers I am so grateful for their help and quick professional response this review is really genuine and I'm so glad I use them. Love the selection and I was lucky to get my Guerlain scent that was difficult to order online in London and receive within a reasonable time frame. I've now placed 3 orders in total (2 due today). Will continue shopping here for ease and quality of service.
