Got the Same stuff for Christmas as I did for the wife's Birthday. Its hard to buy perfume for somebody without letting on. Very hard keeping a secret from my good lady. That's why I love your Gift Wrapping Service and would defiantly recommend this personal service. I even put the wrong message on the gift tag, a quick email to Scent store, and they changed the message, no problem at all for them. Thankyou, will buy again for her Birthday, PS, (hope she doesn't see this review)

I don’t like to give negative review but.. feel compelled to do so. Ordered product a week in advance of a birthday for a gift. Following day received a phone call stating that there was a defect and I would get an email with photos. This particular email never arrived (checked junk mail) chased again and the email still didn’t come. Spoke to a lady on the phone who I felt was rude telling me to chase again(defeats the purpose of buying online) In the end chased again but it was too late to get the product so I was without the gift.

I ordered 3 bars of Bronnley lime scented soap. The soap is lovely although Grandma is disappointed that the fragrance has changed from Bronnley’s original. BUT, the packaging was excessive. Arrived in a brown cardboard box, padded with crumpled paper and polystyrene shapes. Inside said cardboard box, was a box of 3 soaps and on opening this box, each soap was individually wrapped in paper. See photo. A total lack of consideration for the environment.

Thank you for your honest feedback. The soap paper & cardboard are standard by the brand themselves. We then ensure packaging is suitable for transport in the postal system to avoid damage (as most are bought as gifts) and use only recyclable material where possible. Please note the chips/shapes are eco-friendly can be disintegrated with water if you cannot reuse for another purpose. Those that are not we have reused ourselves as they have been sent to us by suppliers. We hope that helps explain, hopefully, more local shops will stock Bronnley products to further help with consumers' carbon footprint. Kind regards Scentstore

Waiting on perfume for a present. Order held up because the cheapest item was not in stock. Fs either cancel the order or sent it without the item. Worse decision you can, I'd making no decision. Ohh and prepared to get ignored when you try to make contact.

We apologise if an order was cancelled & any alternative given was not acceptable. On the rare occasion there is an issue, our customer service team will always contact the customer by email &/or phone with alternative options. Orders are only cancelled at the request of the customer or as a last resort if the customer is not responsive to either contact method.

Apologies again for any inconvenience caused that your item/s sold out. As an independent retail store we strive to ensure stock levels are accurate between store & online. Very occasionally in the short period between sync a low stock product will sell out especially at peak times. I did pay extra for it to be wrapped this wasn’t done and it was left out side my door I didn’t sign for it asim disabled couldn’t get to door in time I’ve only got one arm as I can’t wrap it for my daughter that’s disappointing aswell can’t surprise her

Please note that orders placed over a weekend are not dispatched until the Monday then allow the full amount of business days for the service chosen.
