Poor quality plants on 2nd order. Plants were melted and mush, might be able to save them. My 1st ever order was 1st class with no hint of issues, and doing great.

Product was ace but unfortunately the couriers used were not very effective. The first provided very little communication and eventually returned to sender. The second seem did deliver but took a few days longer than their tracker indicated. Both were inconvenient in terms of needing to be present for delivery.

The delivery of live stock had no issues at all.

I purchased a filter that did not work, this was not the 1st filter of this kind I had purchased from Pro Shrimp, so I knew how to use it, however, when switched on nothing happened, tried 3 different outlets (then plugged in my phone to each to ensure the outlets were working) and tried the filter 5 times and nothing. I returned the filter at my own expense and was told it worked fine, they tried

Fast shipping and well priced my only issue is the quality. I’ve ordered a few times and it can be hit or miss with the plants. 1/4 was unusable and was thrown out.
