They offer a good range of plants, including larger ones such as this fern which is already attached to some lava rock. Did have some small snail eggs attached (quickly removed) so a check before sending would have been appreciated, but no harm done. Very pleased on tbe whole.

Pro shrimp always offer good value and range of aquatic goods. Unfortunately the bottle of Melafix I received has a very short shelf life of only a few weeks so I won’t be able to use it which is a bit wasteful.

Most were perfect just 2 of the plants had came loose out there pots in transit and were bashed about planted them but never recovered apart from that every uther plant was perfect

good service, but only drawback phone queries do not get answered you are advised to use web site which does not cover the item you wish to talk about. that said the delivery is good. cant comment on staff as the phone does not get answered

Unfortunately, in this age of superb delivery from Amazon, like next day and generally free, a lot of these online companies are just not up to matching that sort of service. My belief is that if companies charge for delivery, it had better be good but unfortunately most companies, Pro-Shrimp don't live up to that standard. Delivery is too slow.
