After having uploaded your photo, a preview appears and a 5 star rating below shows you how good the resolution of your photo is. Your photo got only one star, meaning that it has a very low resolution. In this case it would have been better to ask us for advise rather than confirming the order with a bad quality photograph.

Having ordered a very personal puzzle and been given a delivery date it has been put back 3 times now so instead of coming before Christmas it's now supposed to be delivered on the 29th . I won't hold my breath very disappointed.

On 21.12, your parcel was already at the Bury St Edmunds distribution centre, but despite this, UPS failed to deliver your parcel on time. We are very sorry for this. Puzzle is lovely but packaging it for post with your branding allover it has ruined the surprise. Honestly it's only the postman that sees this packaging and likely costs you money to print. In future just buy plain packaging.

Delivery service was terrible, and the expensive bespoke puzzle was really badly packaged. Stuffed in a cardboard sleeve with no bubble wrap or bag to protect it during transit.

Cut lots of heads off the photos and despite it telling me they would all be a good quality selction some are not once put together.
However some have come out nicer and a few are good quality.
Think the upload process needs to be better/ maybe rank quality better.or check prior to printing and let the customer know of theres issues and ask if they want to revoew their selection

My puzzle never turned up so I can’t comment on the quality of the product but the experience was deeply let down by the courier.

My quite personal valentines photo has been delivered to a stranger. The online contact form used to report problems with orders didn’t work. The contract phone number simply said it was too busy and cut me off.

The puzzle was delivered to the wrong house and was only recovered thanks to the lady, to whom it was delivered by mistake, who was able to read the address on the label, unlike the UPS driver.
