Ordered 6 dining chairs which on arrival were nothing like what I'd ordered from the pictures and description on the Website, however, they insisted that they were the correct chairs even after I'd sent pictures. Received a damaged wine rack. Only offered a 10% refund or replacement. 10% is not an appropriate refund for damaged goods. My son (birthday present for him) wanted to keep the item as it had nice grain on the doors.
I asked for a filler and was directed to B&Q! Cost of filler would be most of the 10% discount.
