Soul Trader are great, SoulX not so much.
Would not recommend signing up to it. 2 orders supposed to be next day delivery didn't turn up for 3+ days. SoulX were just rude when I complained. Tried telling me my postcode was on their list of ones that don't receive next day delivery, it wasn't. Then tried saying I didn't sign up for next day delivery, I did, it's on my invoice. Ordered a pair of size 5 Birkenstocks
Delivery was quick however when these turned up they were the 'narrow' shoe. This was not detailed on the website when buying.
They were sent back same day and refund sorted

I was sent the wrong pair of shoes. To return by post I would have to pay, despite it not being my fault.
Returns should be free when it’s not the customer’s fault that they are returning the item.

I have never heard of "Unisex" sizes being from the US. The website had this listed on women's size 6. It came as unisex size 6, women's 7.5. Pretty bizarre... Shipping was great.

The box arrived incredibly battered. Dhd didn’t deliver it and said I wasn’t in. I can see anyone arriving & they have to ring for entry, so I know they hadn’t tried as I work from home and never left the house. Had to reschedule & collect from the post office.
