I have been receiving thousands less than ordered on several recent orders.
So far customer service has not been helpful in resolving this issue.

The product itself is alright, but the delivery is very poor. You cannot be a leading company unless your services are completely satisfied so, please make sure your delivery service is good. Because the product and the delivery is whole process you cannot split between each other.

Would not recommend.
Initially, I ordered the cards in Austria - they did not come out nice (pattern from the front page was in the corners of the back page, pattern was not printed precise). I ordered the same cards in UK again, mentioning my problem with my order in Austria. Cards came out bad again: edges where not printed correctly.
I used their templates and stuck to printing guidelines.
