I made the purchase late on the Wednesday evening, paid the additional costs for next day delivery which said I would receive the plates for Friday, I received these plates on Tuesday 5 days late. I emailed on the Friday to the automated service address and was emailed saying one of the team would be in touch within 24 hours, still waiting on the feedback as requested the delivery charge returned

Purely down to delivery. Product fab although had to re order due to a slight bend.
Why would you leave outside an office on a Friday night after 5 when the roller shutter is locked.

Courier claims to have lost the plate. Nobody to talk to at the supplier (no phone number provided) just invited to send e mail to automated mailbox). Yet to receive reply.

It wasn’t until after the plates have been paid for and delivered that you find out you mustn't make holes through the gel to fix the plates to the car. Bit late now!

Poor customer service never respond to emails, I was told that they dont do refund for postage, I paid £17.50 for next day 5 days later I’ve still not received my plates. So I asked for my poastage back and I was told NO. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Having purchased plates previously from PFC, I was expecting the same good value and great quality again.
This was unfortunately not the case, as the height of the characters on the single plate ordered varied by up to 3mm. As their website stated "The Best Quality Guaranteed", I e-mailed them, and requested a replacement plate where all of the characters were of tyhe same size. I received an 'a

P.F.C. have sent the plates via DPD, but DPD have confirmed that they delivered to the wrong address, then they told me to ring P.F.C. , but i can't ring them as there's no number available, so e.mailed them, & being given the "run-a-round" really.

This company sell illegal number plates which they describe as legal. The lettering for 4D is fine (legally, although i had to have a replacement sent as the rear one was a complete mess) BUT the red border is ILLEGAL , although they keep saying otherwise. Made wrong plates not as ordered, when complained then was told to return at my own cost! Denied making wrong plates and blamed customer for asking for spaced digits. They stated they cannot help any further so had to get bank involved and shopped elsewhere!

I’ve been waiting over 15 days for a refund. Multiple lies told on email on when i’ll receive my refund, and now my emails are being ignored. As my emails are being ignored and they have no contact phone number, I will be requesting a chargeback via bank.

Absolutely awful. Plates arrived damaged & have already began to fade. I've had issue with Plates For Cars in the past and have been emailing them for two years.

Ordered a set of plates and ticked the box requesting a legal font.
Although I ordered a shorter plate due to the length of my private reg I expected and assumed the size of the letters was legal. I ordered a new plate and asked for a refund for the illegal plate.
