Got the plates but the fittings were missing. They wouldn’t send the fittings and just refunded me £2. There is no number to call to speak to anyone just email

After placing order i noticed that since i placed the order on Monday I qualified for 5% discount, I sent an email right away to customer services, received an acknowledgement but nothing else, and stilled billed at the full cost no 5% discount. ?

Poor experience plates never arrived emailed after a week and a half eventually got through poor communication to be told that delivery company rejected my address even although the house wasn’t a new build and had been getting deliveries for years??? Company refunded payment and left communication half way through our emails.. wouldn’t advise using this company

Number plate letters started to crack, my fault!! Apparently not supposed to drill plates!!? Done this for 25+ years never had a problem, wouldn't replace " not under warranty" used these guys for years, all good up until now, won't use again.

Delivery options were provided at different prices, 2day was selected due to arrive Friday. Did not arrive the Monday, this caused major disruption the weekend plans as the car could not be driven. Contacted supplier and they accepted no responsibility.
Unreliable supplier - will not use again.

I was caught out by unclear delivery timing when placing the order. Expecting a delivery by a certain day then to get an invoice minutes after placing the order showing 2 days after my expected date. I immediately tried to cancel the order but was told it was too late?
Be aware...The plates are shipped from Eire so need to go through customs.

After my order, I followed up within minutes to say that I made a mistake and needed the legal spacing added to my registration. Plates arrived without spacing. I tried to get in contact again however no response. Good product but shoddy service.
