Plates were quality but customer service lacking Paid for express next day delivery at £17.50 but goods did not arrive until four days later. E-mailed plates for cars but not had the courtesy of a reply.
My advice is just go for normal delivery unless you want stung paying for a premium delivery service which was not fulfilled.

Not a lot can go wrong, can it? However, my last set of plates delaminated within 18 months. I mentioned this upon purchasing another set but got no response! I hope this next set lasts like number plates used to... decades.

I used this provider as expected to get perfect plates first time due to the higher cost and quality promotion. Unfortunately 1 plate still turned up flawed and I'm currently waiting on the replacement. Will probably return to my previous provider as they are 35% lower in cost and promptly replace flawed plates as well. Maybe it's the plate industry or something?!

Ok quality but not great value or quite what I expected from the blurb which made it very expensive. Ok but wouldn’t recommend. Wouldn’t reorder as not worth the money.

I’ve ordered three sets of plates in the last eight months from this company and paid for adhesive pads in my three orders.

Not one set of adhesive pads turned up even though I paid for them. The plates are as expected.

The goods were excellent quality , the postage was included but probably expensive and the company dealing DPD were abysmal and the tracking as bad. As these are car registration plates maybe try a different postal option

Plates are second to none and of excellent quality but are very expensive when you add postage, vat etc. I can purchase he same plates from a local plate maker for much less, but I have the hassle of providing the necessary paperwork and of course the spacing of the numbers / letters is not negotiable.....

Ordered some replacement plates. Uses PFC again as they have a logo I wanted to include
Just a shame that one of the previous plates delaminated (hence the new ones) but when trying to ask if PFC about the failure / warranty claim - no response, which is not good.

I wanted a standard square car plate but received a small square motorcycle plate. Obviously I clicked on the wrong one but there was no warning that this was a small plate. £35 was a lot of money for a tiny plate.
