I was under the impression that as a website registered in the UK, the parts would be sourced from the UK but this was not the case and I feel that the website was misleading as it was not clear that the parts would be sourced from outside the UK

They sent me a damaged item, I had to pay for the return and they refunded me less than the price I paid for the item. I had to open a PayPal case.
Their Customer Services replied to me after few weeks.
Be aware, although this company sounds British by the "co.uk" website, they are from Netherlands and they just misleading the customers.
Edit: they refunded me in full after open a PayPal case.

I paid an express fee for delivery on 28th December by 18.00 for my son’s birthday on the 28th. I received a DHL notification that delivery would be by the 31st. I therefore called your customer service team who assured me that my delivery would arrive by 18.00 on the 28th. The delivery arrived this morning on the 29th, after my son had returned home.

We have not looked at the watch strap yet,

There was already a delivery sticker with my details on the actual box.
