The movable loop to hold the strap in place split and so is useless. Should have perhaps opted for a cheaper non Boss strap

The watch took a long time to arrive, very little in the way of updates. The watch arrived in good condition despite hanging out of its swatch packaging. The surrounding packing was OK and protected it

Faster Delivery time have had items delivered from America quicker or don't charge so much for postage if going to take 2 weeks

The watches are lovely, well packaged, but we almost did not receive them. Such a high value item should have been sent signed for? The courier had the wrong address, and they dropped it off at some flats across the road, we had to contact the building manager who fortunately recognised the post boxes on the photo, and we could go retrieve the parcel.
