The .co.uk is a bit misleading when items are imported into uk thus extending delivery time. Otherwise nice quality item with good information to help me pick the right one.

The strap didn’t fit the watch but they are now working on a a solution and have been in regular contact. Thanks for the support on this.

Purchase was on a Thursday with an indicated delivery by the following Tuesday evening (5 days). However, delivery did not occur until Saturday (9 days). I was not impressed as there does not seem to have been any reason for the delay.

All good but took rather a long time in transit from the netherlands to uk....not Watch fault as despatched after 1 day but Hermes/evri are very slow...product is as descibed and brand correct

However I was not pleased with the way it turned up soaking wet all I know
Is what the Evri driver told me she said the warehouse was wet I was grateful
That everything inside the package was in a plastic bag and so not damaged

Delivery was delayed by 10 days. Package damaged. Evri had to repackage but goods were not damaged

Product was genuine and good quality ( I needed pins though! ) just a tad slow getting to me, although I wasn't in a particular rush.
Recommended.

Hi there, the watch is perfect, but the delivery was nightmare. It was more than a week delay, and I had to go to the local post office to take it as if sent from aliexpress/the chiepest site here/. You showld be ask for some extra money, and send by UPS or DHL.

I liked that the item was as advertised. The thing you could do better is shorten the length of time to deliver, it took 8 days.

The spring bars I bought along with the watch strap didn't work well, so I used the old ones which were still in good shape. The strap itself and the tool for fitting the bars are fine.

Online ordering was easy and it was quickly acknowledged giving a delivery date. When the products arrived they were exactly what I ordered and I was pleased by the quality of the goods. To be honest I did not know I was buying from Holland which caused some delays in shipping to uk. The watch was perfect for my grandson and adjustment was included which is excellent. Overall very happy. PSC
