Hi Vicky, it is sad when people leave us a bad review without contacting us first to give us the chance to sort. We had no idea your order hadn't arrived, if we had known we would have done everything we could to sort. Your order was sent on 7 December, 11 days ago. There have been all sorts of issues with Royal Mail deliveries, plus the Christmas rush, so, in theory, your order could still arrive

Still waiting for my second order to arrive
I left a note asking for my orders to be posted together and that was ignored.
I tried to telephone repeatedly to ask for my orders to be posted together and the phone was never answered

I have checked your order and can see the 2nd one was sent on 7 July - you should have received an automated email confirming that, it may have gone to your junk? Your request for the orders to be posted together was not ignored, the first order was packed before seeing the note on the 2nd
