My delivery was due on Friday and was told I'd get a text to confirm. No text so I emailed for an update - no update. Simple to order but let down by a lack of progress updates. It may only be 5 days since I ordered but the lack of detail is frustrating! Thank you.

I ordered 2 tubes of KOS Flue cement on the 13th september, and paid you £21-21. I am still waiting for the order to arrive so as i can re-seal the log burner flue pipes. PLEASE could you advise me when i am likely to receive this item. Yours. Mr S Saxon.
