Had to cancel order after being advised item was not in stock after originally being told it was. Had to then wait 3 days for credit, before I could order somewhere else.

Whilst this was available when you placed the order with us, it is with deep regret that the manufacturer then confirmed there were no more available due to popular demand. We actioned the full refund on the same day the order was cancelled, at your request but we do apologise for any delay.
