Gas fitter had to return as there was a bolt missing, so he had to get another one. Also it took some time to fit the front cover. He also had to seal off the chimney immediately above and behind the fire to prevent gas going up (even though we had the chimney stack removed and tiled over. A through-wall vent neccary, but we are covering this up, when the fire is not in use, because of the draught

So sorry to hear the Air Vent you received was missing a bolt but we are looking into this for you and shall be in touch. With regards to the performance of the product, the Rytons we supply are for use with solid fuel stoves and comply to the relevant building regulations, namely they cannot be adjustable and must remain open at all times. This rule does not necessarily apply for gas stoves.

Hello, I am so sorry you feel this way about the rosette collar you purchased, this isn’t a review we have received before about this product. Please note this is not intended to go onto a wood burner, please could you advise where you was planning on putting this?

Delivery fast. Item incorrect but resolved quickly. But the "technical" support is a joke. Run more like a helpdesk, i.e. support operators just following scripts and simply trying to close your ticket. Cut my losses when I was told the bad fit between my (clearly incorrectly matched) parts were to be expected and to use cement/rope to fill it. Just go elsewhere. Wish I had, and I'll have to now

Item fine but delivered by Royal Mail and left in wheelie bin at bottom of the drive. We were at home all day. Not pleased

Difficult to discharge in a slow careful way.Setts so hard that excess requires coarse sandpaper to remove which destroys surrounding paintwork.Several areas needed topping up ,sanding and 5 layers of paint to look presentable.

Some of the flues had been damage. Hard to say if this was done in transit or before it had left the store. But was still useable

Wrong item delivered. I was told to send an email with photos of wrong item. I did this but email was returned in delivered. I am away until Tuesday when I hope to resolve matter. Very annoyed as I had someone coming to fit part this last week but had to cancel him so messed someone else around too. I will be ringing as soon as I can.
