Not wasting any more of my time with this seller, they still haven't amended there website

I apologise for the inconvenienced caused. You ordered a quantity of three of the USA versions of the iFi filters. We had one in stock and were happy to ship this with the remainder to follow the following week. I am sorry you were unable to wait and i apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Futureshop fail to remedy its wrong delivery. Ask the customer to arrange return of wrong product before they re-send a correct one.
It is time consuming to arrange return shipping and they cannot act quickly to rectify their own fault of delivery error.
There is no compensation for the troblesome they caused and it is not fair for customer to spend so much time to cover their delivery fau

We responded to your emails on the first working day after Christmas. We acknowledged our mistake and offered to ship the correct item immediately. This was done within 24 hours. Your order shipped using First Class Tracked services although you opted for basic a untracked service. We responded as fast as possible in order to ship the item to you as soon as possible.
