I have to cancel this order because they keep giving different dimensions for the work. Even when I called and got directions from their staff it came back that I am using wrong dimensions. Then the staff himself could not understand and escalated it to their graphics department. There was no response in almost 24 hours and I had to cancel the order that was already overly delayed.

I am very disappointed with my Saxoprint order and the standard of the finished product.
The cutting of the flyer has left a white edge making the flyer look awful and not fit for use by me I'm afraid.
When contacting Saxoprint they were very unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue and offered no support.
Following a second email to them they didn't even bother to respond.
I will never use this c
