Ordered batteries on 8 July still waiting for delivery. Not happy. Now been told they are out of stock and not in until Thursday but will be sent as next day delivery so should receive them on Friday, but won’t hold my breath. Consequently no stars.

As per our conversations, I do apologise. The original order has gone missing in the post and our new stock doesn't arrive until the end of the week. We have offered a full refund if you didn't want to wait but you did say it was OK to wait and we agreed I would send it on in a next day delivery. Sorry you felt you had to leave this negative feedback.
Hi Cathy - I can see that you have previously purchased from us before and I am sorry that you left this feedback before you got in touch with us to allow us to resolve this for you. I will email you immediately to try and track down where it is but I can confirm that it was despatched the next working day.
Sent item does not do as described. No response to email sent. Overall poor service.

Hi Terry - I am sorry you have left us this negative feedback. It is one day overdue and I haven't had a response to my email, replying to your email. If you could respond to that and I can chase this up with the Royal Mail.
Ordered a battery for my Nikon 850 when it arrived it was the wrong one got in touch with the customer service asked me to send some info about the serial No witch I did have not heard from them since shall not be ordering from Digi quick again.
