And as previously advised, your original order was fulfilled with the stock and successfully dispatched from our warehouse on the 8th of February. Sometimes parcels that are placed on the pallet for collection from the courier can become lost at the Evri fulfilment centre before it is scanned into

The tracking advised they attempted delivery earlier in the week but there was no one in to receive the parcel. Goods were perfect as per our expectations. The courier was some corner shop company who left the goods on the driveway not realising that anybody can steal that. Fortunately my neighbour saw it and picked it up. We had a huge sign to say if we are not home kindly drop it to number 5. Totally ignored the sign. Kindly use better responsible couriers. Thanks.
