I purchased order MY67935 on line which has been correctly delivered. but, when on line and completing my order, when it came to the payment I was given no screen to chose which card I wanted to use but your system took the money out of my business account, which I may have used before. The prices are fair but the two boxes of washing powder order suffered in transit and spilt at the end folds losing some powder. Packing seemed ok so could be rough handling?
I would buy again though as overall they were good from initial purchase to end delivery

Use a different courier, evri are under investigation from Ofcom. Yodel are no better. If I have to pay for my delivery I expect a trusted delivery service.
Customer communication needs much improvement. I had no idea that my orders had been despatched. I checked my order history and saw that the stays was "fulfilled". This prompted me to contact support who then informed me that my parcels were

In todays market, you expect your goods to be delivered within a few days,
i'm afraid the delivery process is far below what I would expect today.
I would normally expect my goods to be delivered, on Friday or Saturday, they were in fact delivered Monday afternoon.
Now maybe not all MYSHOP's fault, but I have always had delivery problems with Hermes, or whatever they call themselves now, still ter

I ordered the items on the 15th and they weren`t dispatched until the 21st, 6 days to dispatch them, granted one day was lost due to them checking my address was correct, it then took 6 days to deliver them as they didn`t arrive until the 27th but the annoying thing is they sent an email requesting a review 5 days before they arrived. So in total 12 days to get a few bars of chocolate.
