Hello. Unfortunately it isn't that simple. Manufacturers are still having stock issues with spare parts. It's at least a 4 week wait to receive spare parts from most manufacturers. This is what has caused the backlog. We're not accepting any new repairs to allow our workshop to clear the backlog.

This shop said that they dont post to parcel lockers. Attitude from stone ages. All my internet soppings come to my local parcel locker, millions of people receive their goods to parcel lockers. One star is for thanks to their attention and e-mail.

I may be a bit harsh, when I purchased my Bosch circular saw from Kelvin Power Tools I noted there was a Bosch Promotion being advertised and if I registered with Bosch I could get a free 18v battery.
