The charger arrived loose and not in non-retail packaging, which was not disclosed beforehand. The delivery was slow, but this was communicated in advance. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

Edited: Your website does not explain that the charger is split from a tool kit! The delivery was particularly slow, taking about 2 weeks to arrive. You asked for my feedback so don't attack me!!!!!!!!

The festoon lithium ion batteries I ordered just arrived in brown bags
No packaging or boxes to protect the batteries just look like they were taken out of a kit and thrown in a bag
