Would have been 5 stars but your courier DPD are useless.Had the day off for this to turn up and the driver was near where I live and didn’t bother to deliver my parcel on the day that was appointed.Another thing was never got a hard invoice in my order which I need so I’m going to have to phone up when I get the time from work?

The hard copy of your invoice was sealed to the outside of your package (the folded white paper that showed your name and delivery address). Very often, what separates good service from poor, is what happens when something doesn’t go quite right. The first battery I got was identical looking to the one I ordered but the wrong rating. The guys at Kelvin arranged for the correct version to be sent and the wrong one collected and so the problem was rectified smoothly and quickly. I would shop at Kelvin again. :-)

It shows that DPD sent you both a text and an email each time to let you know that your parcel delivery was delayed. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, it's in the courier's hands, so we have no control over the delivery. This is why the courier send you updates

The requirement to be in and receive the package in person nearly caught us napping! We were due to be out. Luckily I picked that up on the courier's email and was able to delay delivery to the next day. So all was well.
However, it would be good if this requirement could be flagged up when placing an order for potentially dangerous products. I was taken by surprise!
