I've had resort to PayPal and added a dispute.
The machine did not come with the instructions on top of that the buttons on the panel are not according to their function.
I'm pleading with them to pick up the machine (bread maker £299)

Ordered two faulty mixers, one after the other. Said they would collect and didn't show up. Was offered £15 discount on a £400 stand mixer if I kept it. Customer services has been responsive.
