Please reimburse my money for a jumper that was not suitable. This is not the first time I have had to ring customer services to ask where the payment is. It has made me feel I do not want to shop with Peter Hahn again. Other companies are far better at refunding customers-you are the worst, by far.

Although the shoes are Gabor and Peter Hahn only distributes them then l am not marking the shoes as they were excellent. I waited just under 3 weeks for the shoes to be delivered not acceptable in this day and age. After contacting PH for estimated time of delivery was informed by e-mail 2 days later that it can take 8-10 days. Adding up all the days etc 3 weeks wait and the taking of £115 after

I tried to order a matching skirt and top. After 6 weeks nothing was delivered. I was told the top was not obtainable but it arrived but not the skirt. I made constant phone calls to find out what was happening but was told different storied each time. I love the clothes but the hassle involved is not worth it. I realise that items come from Germany but 6 weeks and counting is not reasonable.

I recently ordered a dress by telephone which was in stock and telephoned yesterday to find out why I had not received it only to be told it was not in stock. Surely at the very least I could have been advised but it was definitely in stock when I ordered. I also find that the orders are taking far too long to arrive. Very disappointed with Peter Hahn!

Refunds are very slow coming through. Returned items can take weeks for the refund to be transferred to accounts. It is just not good enough. Order items are also slow in arriving although they are usually well packed.

I have been waiting for an order since 11/08/23. Phoned once and told it was in stock and would be dispatched soon...not charged yet.

no confirmation of returned goods & takes weeks to refund the money for returned goods - no communication - customer has to keep chasing them for the refunds...take ages to answer the phone and when they do - they tell you cant help - ring back in a weeks time. Items take too long to process. Quality isn’t as good as it used to be. Expensive. New system being put in place means it takes ages to get on the website and then told to phone anyway because system can’t deal with the problem.

I've had problems receiving orders since they say they've had a new computer system installed. It still says on the website
"Temporary restrictions due to a system changeover".
And you still can't see your orders on the website. When will they get on top of all this, it's been going on for many months now?

Ordered 4 items which were on stock on the website. Arrived only on e as the others, I learnt opening the box, were out of stock.
