This is really bad service after order delivery taken months it unacceptable

Only half my order arrived. I phoned to see what had happened and they said they would call me back in five minutes. I waited an hour and then called again. They said they had tried to phone me but couldn’t get through, they also said they had emailed me, I received neither a phone call or an email.
I was told they were waiting for a supply. So they would let me know before the end of the day when
