I paid £8.25 or so for next day delivery , took by 3 days before it was delivered. Unacceptable!
Tried to get a refund on the delivery but no one is answering phones and left messages .

Positives - the product arrived in good time and the glass block and packaging was nicely presented.
Negatives - the image quality inside the glass was really poor and faint (could hardly see in daylight unless against a really dark backdrop and even then not great). This is the critical part of the product so not the standard you would expect. I contacted them via email to try and discuss option

We requested photos so we could review the item. These were never sent and so there wasn't anything more we could do without investigating what the issue might be.

I found the service and attitude of this company very disappointing. I was ordering a block for my grandsons graduation and wanted to add his grade on the block. I paid £8 for next day delivery but I didn’t receive it. After making contact with the company they said there was a delay as they needed to speak to someone to find out about adding the grade, so I didn’t receive my block the next day. I

The request for the text on this item was different from what we normally add to the product so yes we had to query it which meant it couldn't be sent out next day delivery. We were aware that you wanted it next day and when we weren't able to provide it we cancelled an refunded the order.

Keyring came with photo unstuck to the wood in the pouch. Picture was very unclear almost frosted effect with white tinted marks. I gave it a wipe and it became clear but when dry it became unclear again. Must be the material used that is frosted and marked.
