Block arrived before Xmas as said but light stand did not as they didn't send so quite disappointed. When I told them they said sorry but you won't receive now as missed last post, still waiting now

Poor definition on one person so their head was just floating next to the other person. Ad said that they would contact you if there was a problem with the photo but they just went ahead with it.

Professional business, speedy responses to my order which is lost in transit.

Full no quibble refund given within one business day of request.

The Website however needs to be more clearer. Although it proudly states UK business the product is manufactured abroad only first aware of this when tracking the item. This was an important factor for choosing the company.

The majority of our items are made and/or designed in the UK. The acrylic that you ordered is designed by myself and we use a production partner in the Netherlands to produce the final product.

Yes. I get an email giving me a 1st order discount, I try to use it. The online order won't progress, stays grey. Tried removing each thing in turn, it was the discount code. So give a discount code that does not work & leave the customer to sort it. Not a happy customer. Shame because the products are good.

I can't see that you made contact with us when you were having trouble with the discount code. I've checked your details and you placed another order with us using the 1st order discount code earlier this month. The discount code is only valid for one use.
