After placing my order online with Jordan’s fireworks I had a phone call to say my fireworks will be dispatched and could take upto 7 days and the carrier will contact me with a eta I had a phone call saying he was at the house and he had left them behind the car parked on the drive when the instructions were to place delivery in porch if no one around ideally I would of got a message or phone cal

Dear Keith, Thanks for the info, we do stress to the couriers to call every one of our customers with an eta. I can appreciate things from their side as they are obviously snowed under with deliveries at this time of the year but I will contact the couriers again and ask again to ensure that they phone ahead of the delivery.
