Obviously I haven't used them yet. But the service has been excellent. They were delivered within 2 days of ordering. Had a phone call from company next day to establish when they were needed. Then I received a phonecall from the courier the following day to give me a delivery time.

I was blown away by the service, I ordered fireworks fairly late for bonfire night really. I received an e-mail of confirmation and a personal phone call to inform me that the carrier had been given strict instructions to deliver as early as possible but if I hadn't received my order by Friday 3rd I was to let them know immediately. My order came mid week in plenty of time for bonfire night.
