We are sorry that your order has not yet been delivered. You should have received an e-mail with the tracking data when the goods were dispatched. This allows you to easily track your shipment. So far we have only received one inquiry from you and this was answered immediately. According to DHL, the shipment should be delivered today.

We are very sorry that you haven't received order yet. Unfortunately our shipping service provider made a mistake. The address was entered correctly and it was also passed on to the shipping service provider correctly. We have claimed the shipment with DHL and our customer service is already in contact with you. We will find a solution.

Ordered items but only 1 was too small but recommended to return the entire order and place an entirely new order on 07/06/23. As of 18/06/23 neither have been received to me or as a return. So no refund which means I am £400 out of pocket with no goods

You have ordered a set. In order to reach the minimum amount of GBP 140 for the new order we therefore asked you to return the entire set and order a new one. Unfortunately your return ended up in customs which is beyond our control. We can only say that we always process all necessary forms for customs as soon as we receive the information from customs.
