Used Bobshop for years mainly because they quite often have kit other suppliers don’t stock. A word of warning to UK customers - thanks to the intellectual elite who voted for Brexit, you will be hit with a nigh-on £50 customs fee to receive your goods. Not Bobshop’s fault but a nasty shock nonetheless

Great range of products. However, I have live in two parts of the world to which you won't deliver. I therefore have to get packages sent to a friend who then forwards on to me. Having spent hundreds of pounds on your website over the past ten years or so, I would like to think I am deserving of better service.

It was second time I ordered goods from Bob shop. There is a problem with delivery to my home address since I am always at work when Fedex comes. Apparently they do not have any contact information of mine even though I sent you my phone number the first time and they keep unsuccessfully delivering the goods until I contact them and make different arrangement.

We know Fedex to be a reliable delivery company, but whether Fedex can deliver the parcel if they do not find anyone on site is a decision of the delivery company over which we have no control.
