Item was delivered according to Royal Mail two days after you ordered online. If you don't get in contact with us and just leave a review telling us a month later that you didn't get your order that's not very helpful to anyone.

Delivery was 3 days instead of 2 due to delays in shipments to the Isle of Man. Rating us 1 out of 5 for goods and customer service seems odd.

One of the cigars I ordered did not smoke well at all. I contacted Havana House by email and they confirmed they would replace it for me.

The cigar never arrived so I then sent 5 emails, they did not bother to reply to any of them. I called and left 3 messages and not once did anyone bother to get back to me.

Records show we sent out a replacement. We did this even though you were not willing to send back the cigar that did not smoke well. We bother to reply to all customers who actually leave messages with us and we respond to all reviews.

We have recently switched over to a new payment system, unfortunately we have had some teething issues with refunds. The refund has been issued, the only reason it has not been received after 3 weeks was because you didn't notify us that the refund wasn't with you. We are not mind readers.

A cigar snapped in half during transit? Highly unlikely as they are bubble wrapped and protected but anything can happen during postage...feel free to send them back and we can replace them. Leaving a one star review instead of contacting us is not productive for anyone.

Royal Mail shows that your order was signed for when delivered. You haven't contacted us to tell us that you haven't received it so there isn't much we can do to start an investigation with Royal Mail.

You placed your order on the 9th, we sent it on the 10th. You are having the product sent to Cyprus. We have a tracking code for you but you haven't contacted us to say you haven't received your order yet. Is the one star review for our ability to read minds?
