I ordered three small items weighing probably 30grams in total. Theses items arrived after 5 days in an oversize box that I had to wait in for. This cost me over £6.00 in postage (approx. 50 of the goods value). They would have fitted in a small jiffy bag and gone through letter post, saving me money and time. No issues with the product, though would not pay these postal prises again.

Dear customer, thank you for the review. I can see that you contacted our mailservice on the 24th for the return which was replied to the same day. I cannot see any contact before that. We regret that the order took so long to get there. This will be discussed with our shipping dep. and DPD. The Wagner phone can also let us know regarding a delayed parcel so we can start an investigation.
Courier DPD let this company down by not delivering on the day nor in the hour slot on the second day. No response from customer service when contact made.
