Your website invited me to phone to discuss further discounts on the specific items, as I was ordering 3 or more of them. I was talked at by a Salesman who told me the items were already maximally discounted. A bulk discount couldn't be applied because some items were not in stock A text 24 hours pre-delivery. First attempt cancelled:van breakdown. 2nd: cancelled- didn't load items on van. 3rd

We sincerely apologise the initial delivery failed, we rarely experience mechanical vehicle issues, however following the subsequent postponement due to stock reloading, transport addressed with priority to redeliver within the original indicated lead time.
